Fariba Khakpour, Morbiato, is born in Tehran in 1953, moved to Italy after high school, she graduated from the Faculty of Architecture in Venice. She showed an interest in teaching, according to her late mother, Roshanak Shams, already at the age of 8 years. She began to teach at Tehran University, as professor of art history, Italian literature and grammar in 1987. She has written several articles about bioarchitecture and sustainable architecture in Abadi magazine. She has translated several books for children from Persian into Italian and is the author of two books on Italian grammar.
